Stronghold Spot-on Solution

Stronghold^® is a spot on solution applied to the skin at the base of the neck to treat fleas, ear mites, biting lice and intestinal roundworms in both dogs and cats. It has activity not only against adults but also against larval and oval stages of the flea, which may aid in the control of existing environmental flea infestations in areas to which the animal has access. It is also licensed to prevent heartworm (both cats and dogs) and treat sarcoptic mange in dogs.

The product is safe in pregnant cats and dogs and in puppies and kittens over 6 weeks of age with no lower weight limit. Pets may be bathed 2 hours after treatment without loss of efficacy.
