MEET A MEMBER OF OUR TEAM: Neena Drauschak
Neena Drauschak joined Zoetis as a Customer Service Representative in 2005, and made VMIPS her home in 2006 as a Product Support Specialist. She comes to us from Delaware Valley College (Doylestown, PA) with a Bachelors Degree in Dairy Science – but Neena’s love of all things dairy started long before her days at Del Val, having worked on her family’s dairy farm for many years. Neena also had experience working at an agricultural feed analysis lab before her days with Zoetis, so she brings a great wealth of livestock knowledge and experience to VMIPS. No stranger to hard work, Neena has made the President’s Circle in both 2012 and 2013.
Outside of work, Neena enjoys spending time outdoors and working with her registered Jerseys. She currently resides in Pottstown, PA with her husband, Steve and their Boxer, Marcie.
WHAT IS THE PRESIDENT’S CIRCLE AWARD AND HOW DID YOU EXCEL TO ACHIEVE IT?
The President’s Circle Award is an annual award given to employees that have exceeded expectations. Recipients of the award are chosen by the employee’s managers. I received the award for providing excellent customer service to both internal and external livestock/equine customers and my continued effort to develop the livestock product support technician role.
HOW DOES HAVING JERSEY COWS INFLUENCE YOUR WORK IN VMIPS?
Having Jerseys helps me relate to our dairy customers. I have a good understanding of the dairy industry and can empathize with customers calling VMIPS. I use my experience and knowledge to connect with our customers and build relationships to get their issues resolved.
